We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support end-to-end insurance claims transformation initiatives. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, enabling effective sprint execution, and removing impediments for cross-functional teams.

The Scrum Master will collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery across the insurance claims lifecycle, including intake, assessment, adjudication, settlement, and closure. Short-term onsite travel may be required; a valid passport for international travel is necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Manage product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and sprint execution with Product Owners.
- Track and report team velocity, capacity, sprint progress, and release plans.
- Identify, manage, and resolve impediments, risks, and cross-team dependencies.
- Enable MVP-based incremental delivery aligned with business priorities.




- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Technical Skills:
- Experience driving Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) for tracking and reporting.
- Solid facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of software development concepts, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Awareness of low-code / configuration-driven platforms.

Nice to Have:
- Experience in the insurance domain.
- Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS).
- Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD concepts.

Experience:
- 8+ years as a Scrum Master, ideally in the insurance domain, supporting claims transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience with end-to-end insurance claims lifecycle: FNOL, registration, assessment, adjudication, settlement, and closure.
