We are looking for an Site Supervisor from Electrical Field who will oversee the daily operations of our Transmission and Substation sites and had on-site experience of at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of workmanship.
- Conduct inspections to verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and schedule project timelines.
- Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and subcontractors to provide updates on project progress.
- Enforce and promote a robust safety culture on site.
- Ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including installation records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.




- Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a site engineer or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to communicate and report effectively.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards.
- Flexibility to work in different shifts and environments.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
- Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.
- Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
