Job Title:Scrum Master

Location: Chennai/Bangalore

Experience: 5-15 Years

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospective
- Guide and coach the team on Agile and Scrum best practices
- Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of sprint commitments
- Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and key metrics
- Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support multiple Agile teams if required
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Drive Agile maturity across the organization

Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks




- Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
- Ability to identify and remove team impediments effectively
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team coaching abilities

Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
- Experience in Banking/FinTech domain (preferred)
- Experience handling distributed teams
- Knowledge of Kanban or Protected framework is an added advantage

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Scrum certification preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
