- Highlight high-risk high-loss designs.
Gap Identification & Design Improvement
- Identify recurring design errors and create corrective guidelines.
- Recommend design improvements for:
- Better strength
- Stone security
- Ease of finishing
- Reduced breakage during production
- Develop internal CAD audit checklist & SOP.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure designs meet hallmarking and karat standards.
- Maintain documentation of approved / rejected CAD files.
- Track and report rejection trends linked to design flaws.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Technical Governance
- Maintain version control of CAD files.
- Create standard design templates and libraries.
- Conduct periodic training sessions for CAD designers.
- Benchmark designs against market standards.
