Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our EdTech team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our educational products, and supporting the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries about courses, pricing, and benefits.
- Manage and update customer information in CRM.
- Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and concerns.
- Meet sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales (EdTech experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Goal-driven and able to handle objections.
- Comfortable using CRM and communication tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
