Position Overview

Experienced Merchandiser in Home decor & home furnishing to manage product procurement and serve as liaison between suppliers and internal teams.

Technical & Domain Knowledge

Strong understanding of procurement processes, supply chain workflows, and material sourcing.

Expertise in assessing vendor capability and negotiating effectively.

Strong attention to detail for quality checks, especially in home decor items.

Ability to handle damage claims, shortages, and disputes with vendors effectively.

Operational Skills

Experience in purchase order handling, shipment coordination, and inventory tracking.

Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and MS Excel/ERP tools.
