Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, etc.) across platforms.
- Manage company and client social media accounts on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter (X).
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers for timely content delivery.
- Schedule posts using social media management tools.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online community relationships.
- Track performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports.
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and optimize performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management.
- Solid understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms.
- Knowledge of Meta Business Suite and ad campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Understanding of hashtags, SEO basics, and social media analytics.
- Strong communication and copywriting skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
