Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Ideation
- Develop engaging, trend-driven, and brand-aligned content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars in collaboration with the design and marketing teams.
- Conceptualize and oversee shoots including reels, product videos, photoshoots, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reel formats, and viral content opportunities.
- Coordinate with creative teams for timely execution of campaigns and launches.

Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across all social platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency in tone, aesthetics, messaging, and storytelling.
- Monitor social media performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and organic growth.
- Handle social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, etc.

Organic Growth & Community Building
- Drive organic follower growth through authentic engagement strategies, collaborations,



and content optimization.
- Build and nurture relationships with influencers, customers, and brand advocates.
- Execute organic campaigns, contests, giveaways, and storytelling initiatives to enhance visibility and engagement.
- Monitor audience sentiment and actively engage with the online community.

Content Writing & Copy Crafting
- Write compelling, engaging, and brand-relevant copy for captions, reels, campaigns, social ads, and promotional content.
- Adapt tone and communication style according to campaign objectives and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media communication with seasonal campaigns and promotions.

CEO & Corporate LinkedIn Management
- Handle and grow the LinkedIn presence of the CEO as well as the company page.
