We’re looking for an aggressive, execution-focused Growth Marketing Executive to join us in Indore and help build launch momentum for an early-stage fintech / market-intelligence mobile product that is expected to hit the app store next month. This is not a passive social media role. This role is for someone who wants to build audience, drive traction, create content fast, and grow numbers every week.

What you’ll do
- Grow our presence across Telegram, Instagram, X, Facebook, WhatsApp, and YouTube Shorts.
- Create and publish daily content — posts, reels, shorts, stories, carousels, teasers, and launch creatives.
- Build pre-launch and launch buzz through strong content execution, community activity, and fast experimentation.businessofapps+1




- Drive organic growth through communities, comments, DMs, referrals, reposting, trend-based content, and collaborations.
- Support light paid campaigns on Meta and Google.
- Track weekly growth metrics: followers, reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and sign-ups.
- Work directly with founders and turn raw ideas into content quickly.

What we’re looking for
- 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing / social media / growth marketing.
- Strong bias for action — you execute fast and learn quick.
- Good at Instagram, Telegram, short-form content, and audience building.
- Comfortable with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Strong written English and Hindi.
- Interest in finance / markets / fintech is a big plus.
- Must be able to work onsite from Indore.
