Role Summary:
We are seeking a senior technology leader to drive Vendor Governance, AI Solutions enabled enterprise transformation. The role requires a seasoned professional with deep experience across AI technology stacks, ServiceNow architecture, enterprise solution design, engineering delivery, vendor ecosystem governance, and business stakeholder engagement.

The leader will be responsible for shaping and delivering AI-enabled business solutions on and around the ServiceNow platform, overseeing architecture and implementation teams, managing technology partners and vendors, and ensuring AI initiatives translate into measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly visible leadership role at the intersection of business strategy, ServiceNow platform leadership, AI architecture, engineering execution, vendor governance, and responsible AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Platform & AI Solution Leadership:
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for AI-enabled solutions using ServiceNow as a core enterprise workflow platform.




- Define the roadmap for digital workflow transformation across business and technology functions.
- Drive the use of ServiceNow workflow, AI capabilities and understand the use of GRC, IRM, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Now Assist, and GenAI capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows into vendor management & enterprise governance processes.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, well-governed, integrated, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.

AI Strategy, Architecture & Technology Leadership:
- Define and lead the enterprise AI technology roadmap aligned to business priorities and ServiceNow platform strategy.
- Architect scalable AI solutions using contemporary AI, GenAI, data, cloud, automation, integration, and ServiceNow technologies.
- Evaluate and guide decisions across LLMs, GenAI platforms, ServiceNow Now Assist, platform
