What will you do at Fynd?
- Assist with product-led growth experiments — landing pages, microsites, forms, and in-product workflows
- Contribute to lead research & prospecting: build lists, help set up ABM sequences, and support the BDR team
- Track performance using dashboards and reporting tools, turning data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, design, CX, and product teams to align on GTM efforts
- Stay curious about AI tools and new growth tactics, bringing fresh ideas to the table
Some specific requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in strategy, growth, marketing, or demand generation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn — you don’t need to know it all, but you should love figuring things out
- Be an AI enthusiast: Stay on top of the current tools emerging and trends taking place to take informed decisions across your growth channels.
- Interest in startups, SaaS, and AI products:
- Comfort with numbers and data analytics - SQL is a must; Google Analytics, MS Excel is a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail:
