About the Role

ANTS Digital is looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our Bangalore team.

This role requires someone who can independently manage day-to-day client interactions, coordinate with internal teams, ensure timely execution of campaigns, and bring structure to ongoing client deliverables. The person will act as the bridge between the client and internal teams across content, creative, performance marketing, SEO, website, video and social media.

Act as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients.



Build strong working relationships and ensure smooth communication between the client and agency teams.

Brief Understanding

Take explicit briefs from clients, understand their business needs, campaign requirements and deliverables, and convert them into actionable internal briefs.

Internal Coordination

Work closely with content, creative, design, performance, SEO, tech and video teams to ensure timely execution of client work.

Project Follow-ups

Track all ongoing tasks, campaign requirements, creative deliverables, reports, approvals and feedback loops. Ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

Execution Ownership

Manage day-to-day execution across social media calendars, campaign creatives, website updates, performance marketing requirements, reports and other digital deliverables.

Client Communication

Share updates, follow-ups, timelines, MOMs, reminders and status reports with clients in a profe
