Order Management
- Executive
- Local Sale Order Booking in SAP with co-ordination of Sales Team
- Communication & co-ordination with internal Sales and Customer regarding to send INR Order Confirmation (OC) PI respective customer.
- Material Dispatch Schedule to be send to customer with Order Acknowledgment
- Following customer for Advance against PI.
- Preparing OBD & PPS based on the material availability and Advance Payment of the customer
- Maintain MIS report and timely submission to management.
- Full responsibility in Inventory Management - Inventory Analysis, Ageing Report, Non Moving Stock.
- Sales Analysis & Materials Planning and Maintaining Safety Stock
- Co-ordination with Sales Team, Customers, Invoicing & Dispatches,
- Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, and internal control system




- Coordination of internal and financial audits
- Timely submission of required reports like Stock statement, Order Intake Reports, Sales Reports & Billing Plan
- Co-Ordination with Internal Trade Compliance for the sales order clearance.

To succeed, you will need
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 1+ years experience in Logistics & Supply Chain.
- Very good communication skill
- Experienced/Beginner with SAP - SD and Inventory and MM Modules
- Familiar with English, Kannada, Tamil & Hindi languages
