AUTOMATION FACULTY - URGENT

Location - Kerala & Chennai

Experience - 1 -2yrs

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30000 per month

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and hands-on training on industrial automation topics including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, DCS, and Robotics
- Design, develop, and regularly update training materials, presentations, and manuals
- Assess and evaluate student performance through practical assignments, quizzes, and examinations
- Provide mentorship and continuous support to students throughout their learning journey
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in industrial automation
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance and improve training programs
- Ensure the training lab is well-equipped with required tools, hardware, and software
- Required Qualifications & Skills

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering,



Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related field
- (Master’s degree or relevant industrial certifications will be an added advantage)
- Experience:
- Minimum 6months of hands-on experience in industrial automation
- Strong expertise in PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI, and related technologies
- Prior teaching or training experience is highly preferred

Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and deliver engaging training sessions
- Familiarity with industrial automation tools, software, and hardware
- Robust evaluation skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
