Job Title: IT Executive

Location: Indore

Experience Required:
Minimum 1-3 Years in IT Support / System Administration

Primary Responsibilities (KRA):
- Complete handling and smooth operation of Inkey PMS Software.
- CCTV camera maintenance (day-to-day monitoring, installation, cable laying, troubleshooting).
- Network management including IP configuration, router setup, and LAN/WiFi connectivity.
- Handling IP telephones and room communication systems.
- Ticketing & Billing software management and troubleshooting.
- Installation and maintenance of hotel/adventure-related software.
- Staff laptops, desktops, printers & mobile device management.
- Field work related to IT systems and hardware setup.




- Daily reporting of IT activities and system status to management.
- Any other IT-related work assigned by management.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, IP setup, Router configuration)
- CCTV Installation & Troubleshooting
- PMS Software handling experience (preferred: Inkey PMS)
- Basic Hardware & Software troubleshooting
- Valuable problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (No fixed working hours - as per operational requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
