About the Role

This is a pure inbound sales role — no field work required.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming sales calls from customers across India
- Understand customer requirements related to newspaper classified ads
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi
- Convert inquiries into confirmed ad bookings
- Share ad rates, explain formats, and guide clients professionally
- Follow up with interested customers
- Coordinate internally for ad drafting and booking
- Maintain daily sales and inquiry records

✔ Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound Sales
✔ Must be Graduate
✔ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi




✔ Ability to handle calls from different states and language backgrounds
✔ Confident, persuasive & customer-friendly personality
✔ Target-oriented mindset
✔ Must reside near Janakpuri or nearby West Delhi areas

Preferred Skills
- Experience in advertisement or media sales (added advantage)
- Experience handling legal or classified ad queries
- Ability to work in rapid-paced environment
