Attend walk-in clients and handle inquiries related to flats and project details.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities clearly to customers.
- Conduct site visits and show sample flats to prospective buyers.
- Build solid relationships with clients and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Follow up regularly with potential customers to close sales.
- When there are no client visits, actively visit local markets, nearby areas, and commercial hubs to identify and generate potential leads.
- Distribute brochures and promote projects in the surrounding market.
- Maintain proper client data and update daily reports to management.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
