Key Responsibilities
- Machine Operation: Operate PET bottle blow molding machines (e.g., ASB, Sidel, or similar) to meet production schedules and efficiency targets.
- Setup and Calibration: Set, monitor, and adjust machine parameters such as oven temperature, pressure, and cycle times for optimal bottle production.
- Material Handling: Load PET preforms into the hopper and ensure consistent material feeding.
- Quality Control: Perform regular inspections of finished bottles for defects (e.g., thickness, weight, shape) to meet quality standards.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, clean machinery, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or electrical issues to minimize downtime.
- Safety Adherence: Adhere to all safety, hygiene, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production logs, downtime, and machine settings.





Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma, ITI, or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical engineering preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience (often 2-5+ years) in operating blow molding machines, particularly in beverage or pharmaceutical industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of machinery, mechanics, and ability to read technical specifications.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials.
- Problem-solving: Capability to quickly diagnose and resolve machine malfunctions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
