Role description:
Role(s): Technical - IT BA
Role Location(s):Any UST location; should work during EMEA time zone

Role Scope / Deliverables: Key responsibilities include:
- Lead end-to-end business requirements gathering for Coupa P2P across AMER and EMEA.- Facilitate workshops to capture current-state and future-state P2P processes.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.- Support the design and validation of Coupa-SAP S/4HANA integrations using SAP SDIS and MuleSoft.- Collaborate with SAP, Coupa, and integration teams to ensure alignment with standard P2P best practices.- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.-
- Produce and maintain process documentation, business rules, and solution design artefacts.- Support change management activities including training inputs and business readiness.- Work closely with the IT Project Manager to track progress, risks, and dependencies in Planview.- Key deliverables include:




- Business requirements and functional design documents- End-to-end P2P process flows and data mappings- Integration requirements and validation support- Test scenarios, UAT support, and sign-off documentation- Business-ready solution aligned to PMF governance
- Key Skills: Required:
- Strong experience as a SAP Business Analyst on Procure-to-Pay (P2P) initiatives.- Hands-on experience with Coupa P2P implementations.- Solid understanding of SAP S/4HANA P2P processes (Requisition to Pay, Vendor Master, Invoicing, Payments).- Experience working with system integrations, ideally SAP SDIS and/or MuleSoft.- Proven ability to operate in large, global, multi-region ERP programs.- Robust stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.- Experience working within structured project governance frameworks.- Nice to have:
- Prior experience in multi-instance SAP landscapes.- Experience working in regulated or complex enterpr
