About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings (working drawings, GFCs, joinery details, etc.)
- Handle complete project execution, including site coordination and supervision
- Manage material selections, vendor coordination, and sample finalization
- Create design presentations, concept boards, and mood boards
- Develop 3D rough models for concept visualization
- Lead and support the design development of projects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and design intent are maintained

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience:
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar)
- Good understanding of materials,



design standards, and construction practices
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Strong sense of design, detailing, and aesthetics
