Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Sous Chef at hotel pal heights bhubaneswar. The Sous Chef will assist in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality culinary services.



The Sous Chef may also assist in planning menus and ensuring consistent food presentation and taste.

Qualifications
- Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety knowledge
- Experience with kitchen operations, inventory management, and team supervision
- Ability to execute menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
- Knowledge of hygiene standards, kitchen cleanliness, and food quality control
- Team leadership skills and the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
