Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, career prospects, and fee structure
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into enrollments
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure student satisfaction
- Achieve monthly admission targets

Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong counseling and persuasive abilities




- Basic understanding of IT/technical courses (training will be provided)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Target-driven and result-oriented approach

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Prior experience in academic counseling, education sales, or admissions will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
