Job Summary:
We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and provide information about products/services to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Explain products/services and generate leads
- Maintain call records and update data in the system
Requirements:
- Positive communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred
