Cluster Manager
Location: South Delhi
Work days: Mon - Sat / Standard timings

Responsibilities:
- Oversee 3-4 clinical establishments.
- Set and track team targets with management.
- Ensure service quality, staff discipline, and etiquette.
- Manage billing across all centers.
- Support marketing and product presence at points of sale.
- Maintain explicit team communication and address market feedback.
- Drive growth and efficiency through site master plans.
- Monitor monthly performance and variances.
- Lead business development, resource utilization, and team coaching.
- Foster a safe, motivating,



and inspiring workplace culture.

Requirements:
- Leadership: 5+ years in senior roles.
- Teamwork: Skilled at working with cross‑functional, multinational, and multicultural teams.
- Tech Skills: Strong MS Office expertise.
- Organization: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Logistics: Own transport for flexibility and reliability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
