- Prepare and review loan documents.
- Review funding packages, calculate fees and arrange for the disbursement of loan funds.
- Review approved loan files for closing.
- Prepare loan data for entry into the computer system.
JOB Role - Underwriting - HELOC Only
- Review and evaluate home equity lines of credit decisions.
- Confirm data accuracy and ensure all file components comply with investor guidelines and internal credit policies.
- Calculate loan details manually, including income and asset verification.
- Review appraisal reports assessing collateral value and condition.
- Prepare and issue commitment letters outlining conditions and requirements
- Review title searches
