Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Gather, clean, process, and consolidate large datasets from various departments (e.g., Production, Sales, Inventory, Logistics) using ERP systems and other software.
- Develop and generate accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using advanced Microsoft Excel functions (like pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Production & Quality Analysis:
- Monitor and report on production volume, downtime (planned and unplanned), and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- Track quality metrics such as defect density (number of defective panels produced vs. total produced) and First Pass Yield (FPY) to identify areas for improvement.
- Analyse manufacturing cycle times and work-in-progress (WIP) days to enhance efficiency.




- Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
- Track and report on inventory levels for raw materials (aluminum coils, core materials, protective films, etc.) and finished goods.
- Monitor inventory turns and days of inventory on hand to help minimize carrying costs.
- Analyze supplier performance, including on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery rates of inbound materials.
- Track outbound logistics KPIs, such as perfect order delivery rates and freight costs per shipment, for customer satisfaction and cost control.
- System and Process Improvement:
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all information systems and conduct regular data audits.
- Collaborate with the IT department and other teams to troubleshoot system issues, perform upgrades, and implement new functionalities or data management strategies.
