Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper visual merchandising
- Handle billing, invoicing, and POS transactions
- Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock organization




- Assist in stock checking and inventory management
- Promote ongoing offers and new arrivals

Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
- 1-3 years of retail sales experience (Furniture/Toys/Retail preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Billing software/POS)
- Presentable and customer-friendly personality

Preferred Skills
- Experience in furniture, home décor, or toy retail industry
- Target-oriented mindset
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
