Profile: High Frequency Trading Executive-Surat-2L

Experience:
- 4 - 8 years in High Frequency / Algorithmic Trading
- Proven live trading experience with measurable P&L; track record
- Experience handling significant capital exposure independently (equity, derivatives, or currency markets preferred)
- Hands-on exposure to automated trading systems

Salary Range: 80k - 2L

Roles:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-frequency & algorithmic trading strategies
- Monitor live trading systems and optimize performance
- Analyze large datasets to identify trading opportunities
- Manage risk parameters and ensure compliance with trading limits
- Work closely with tech team for system enhancements & latency optimization
- Back-test strategies using historical market data
- Track market trends, volatility & liquidity patterns
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and internal risk guidelines

Qualification:
- B.Tech / B.E (CS / IT / Electronics) OR
- MBA (Finance) / M.Sc (Mathematics / Statistics / Financial Engineering)
- NISM Certifications - Preferred
