About the Role
We are looking for a Remote HR professional to support a growing, remote-first organization. You will work across employee support, recruitment, onboarding, HR operations and people programs.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day HR operations
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
Assist with recruitment and candidate coordination
Support employee relations and HR processes
Maintain employee records and HR systems
Assist with performance management
Support HR policies and documentation
Help improve people processes for a distributed workforce
Work with employees and managers across different locations and time zones
