Job Brief:- AU Small Finance Bank Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our Sales department as a Relationship Officer specializing in used tractor financing. This role is pivotal in driving the bank's growth in the agricultural financing segment by building and maintaining strong relationships with customers seeking financing solutions for used tractors. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agricultural equipment market, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to assess creditworthiness while ensuring compliance with the bank's policies. This position requires proactive engagement with customers, dealers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless loan processing and contribute to the bank's mission of financial inclusion and customer-centric service.
Responsibilities:-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers interested in financing used tractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct detailed credit appraisals and risk assessments of loan applicants in accordance with the bank’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with tractor dealers and agricultural equipment suppliers to generate leads and expand the customer base.
- Facilitate end-to-end loan processing including documentation, verification, sanctioning, and disbursement for used tractor loans.
- Monitor loan repayments and coordinate with the collections team to manage overdue accounts effectively.
- Provide expert advice to customers on loan products, interest rates, repayment schedules, and eligibility criteria tailored to agricultural financing needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements and competitive pricing strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards related to agricultural loan disbursement.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, loan portfolio quality, and customer feedback for senior management review.
- Conduct field visits to assess the condition of used tractors and verify the authenticity of collateral and customer information.
