Job Title: Relationship Officer – Bancassurance Channel (Life Insurance)

Role Overview:

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for driving sales of Life Insurance products through the Bancassurance channel by building and nurturing relationships with bank branches and customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain robust relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Drive sales of Life Insurance products through assigned bank branches.
- Generate leads and identify cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct regular product training and engagement activities for bank staff.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and closure of sales.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve queries promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies.
