We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Officers and Senior Relationship Officers to drive life insurance sales through banking partnerships. The role involves working closely with bank branches, generating business opportunities, and providing suitable financial protection solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with branch staff and key stakeholders.
- Meet prospective customers referred by the bank and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and sales activities.
- Support branch teams through regular engagement and product training.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and policy issuance processes.
- Maintain high levels of customer service and post-sales support.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Insurance, Banking, BFSI,
Financial Services, or Direct Sales preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.
