Oversee daily reservations operations and ensure accurate handling of bookings, amendments, and cancellations with meticulous attention to detail
Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory across all distribution channels to maximize occupancy and revenue
Ensure correct application of rate codes, packages, and promotions in compliance with organizational policies




Coordinate seamlessly with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and Housekeeping teams to support smooth operations
Handle complex reservations, VIP bookings, and group allocations with professionalism and care
Assist in training, coaching, and motivating reservation staff to maintain high performance standards and foster a supportive team environment
Monitor staff performance and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures and brand compliance
Prepare duty rosters and support manpower planning to optimize team scheduling
Act as department-in-charge in the absence of the Reservations Manager, demonstrating decisive leadership
Support revenue optimization initiatives by upselling rooms and services while maintaining guest satisfaction
Track pick-up reports, forecasts, and booking trends to provide actionable insights for revenue management
Assist in analyzing reservation data and prep
