We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, integration, and support projects for banking clients. The ideal candidate should have solid project management capabilities combined with a good understanding of core banking processes and Oracle FLEXCUBE.

Skills & Experience

12+ years of experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking projects
Experience in Project Management / Program Management roles.
Robust experience managing FLEXCUBE implementation, upgrade, migration, or integration projects.
Positive understanding of core banking modules and banking processes such as:
CASA
Loans
Deposits
Payments
Trade Finance
General Ledger
Limits & Collateral
Customer Management




Experience working with Oracle FLEXCUBE Universal Banking (FCUBS).
Understanding of FLEXCUBE architecture, interfaces, APIs, and integration with surrounding banking applications.
Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, testing, release management, and production implementation.
Excellent stakeholder and client management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Experience managing geographically distributed teams is preferred.
