Job Description
Handle legal and compliance matters for the organisation.
Advise teams on regulatory requirements and legal risks.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Ensure compliance with telecoms industry laws and regulations.
Manage disputes and liaise with external legal counsel when needed.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
Provide training to teams on legal and compliance topics.
Stay updated on legal changes affecting the telecoms sector
The Successful Applicant
We're looking for someone who has:
A degree in law with at least 20 years of experience
Experience in manufacturing industry or Tech is highly desirable
Confidence in drafting and negotiating contracts.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Team management experience
