Coordinate with Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire, IBMS, Medical Gas, and Infection Control teams.
Ensure workflow efficiency, patient safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.
Finalize material specifications aligned with hospital-grade requirements.
Conduct design reviews, clash coordination, and BIM-based validation.
Guide junior architects and manage DD documentation standards.
Special Skills
Expertise in hospital Detail Design and multidisciplinary coordination.
Robust skills in Revit, AutoCAD, BIM, Navisworks.

Essential Experience
10–15 years experience with at least 7+ years in hospital Detail Design.
Must have completed DD for large (>300-bed) hospitals.
Solid understanding of NABH, NBC, HBN, FGI, Fire norms.
