MIS Executive | SeeShop

SeeShop is a rapid-growing retail and e-commerce platform dedicated to making shopping seamless and data-driven. We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to transform our raw data into actionable insights. In this role, you won't just be "the spreadsheet person"—you’ll be the navigator helping our leadership team understand where the business is headed.

Key Responsibilities

As an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive, your mission is to maintain the integrity of our data and streamline our reporting processes.
- Data Management: Extract, verify, and consolidate data from multiple sources (Sales, Inventory, Marketing) into centralized reports.
- Reporting & Analysis: Design and maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Process Automation: Identify repetitive data tasks and automate them using Advanced Excel, macros, or SQL to save time and reduce human error.
- Quality Control: Audit data regularly to ensure 100% accuracy—at SeeShop, we make big decisions based on your numbers.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with Department Heads to provide ad-hoc reports that solve specific business challenges.
