Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in training or mentoring junior staff on Korean language matters (if needed).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Fluent in Korean and English (both written and spoken).
- Prior experience as a Korean Translator, Interpreter, or Customer Service Representative preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools is a plus.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
