Position Title:
VMC Setter / Programmer

Job Purpose:
To set, program, operate, and optimize VMC machines for machining Cylinder Liners, Air Cooled Blocks & Sleeves ensuring dimensional accuracy, minimum rejection, cycle time optimization, and export quality compliance.

- Production Target Achievement: - Meeting daily & monthly output
- Cycle Time Optimization: - Reduction in machining time
- Rejection Control: - Minimize machining defects
- Machine Utilization: - Maximize uptime
- Tool Cost Control: - Optimize insert & tool life
- First Piece Approval: - Accuracy in first setup
- Safety & 5S: - Maintain safe & clean workplace

Technical Skills:
- Fanuc control knowledge
- G-code & M-code programming
- Fixture setting
- Tool selection
- GD&T; understanding
- Export tolerance handling

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
