To deliver this, we are hiring an ambitious COO who will have the following responsibilities;
Growth
Manage a growth team of c30 people to deliver the annual growth target. For 2026 this is to sign deals for 200 new centres, which will be done through partnerships, M&A;, Roll-ins and other deal types.
Centre Openings (& Closures)
New Centre Openings and Roll-ins - Own the NCO pipeline - ensure new centres are properly designed, have the right brand, are delivered on time, ready to sell and meet our standards at the lowest possible cost.
Supply Chain: make sure we have the right manufacturers and products in place and the ability to deliver projects end to end with a panel of General Contractors, with agreed rates.
Refurbishments: Ensure there is a centre refurbishment plan (2 years in advance) and that projects are properly designed, delivered on time, to budget and in line with our standards
