JOB SUMMARY

The Scrum Master supports Agile delivery for assigned teams by facilitating execution, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent delivery of value. This role focuses on pragmatic Agile execution, stakeholder coordination, and day-to-day delivery support within a fast-paced, cross-team setting.





The role will work closely with teams across Roger, DCT, AI/orchestrator, and upstream systems, requiring strong coordination and dependency management in addition to standard Scrum responsibilities.

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) in a practical and outcome-driven manner
- Act as a servant leader, supporting teams in delivering committed work and removing blockers
- Proactively identify, track, and manage cross-team dependencies across multiple squads and platforms (e.g., Roger, DCT, AI/orchestrator teams)
- Drive delivery coordination, including sprint execution tracking, risk identification, and mitigation
- Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure clarity of priorities and alignment on deliverables
- Provide status updates, reporting, and communication to stakeholders on progress, risks, and dependencies
