We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller who can communicate fluently in English and Hindi. The role involves making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing information about our products/services to potential customers from All India.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain and update customer database in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to ensure closure.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and market trends.
- Training will be provided. Call the leads generated.

Education:




- Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Experience:
- 0-2 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.

Skills Required:
- Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken).
- Good interpersonal and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Ability to meet targets.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
