- Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full-cycle Odoo CRM implementations, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Customize and configure Odoo CRM to align with business processes and requirements.
- Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and user adoption.
- Design and implement integrations between Odoo CRM and other business systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, customer support).
- Utilize APIs and third-party integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly.




- Analyze existing business processes and recommend CRM best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain workflows, automation rules, and data segmentation strategies within Odoo.
- Provide ongoing system improvements and support to adapt to evolving business needs.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide insights into sales, marketing, and customer service performance.
- Monitor CRM data quality and integrity, implementing data governance practices as needed.
- Requirements and Qualification
- Develop, configure, and maintain Odoo CRM modules, workflows, and automation logic.
- Build and customize Odoo views, reports, and custom modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and the OWL framework.
- Implement and manage custom APIs and integrations between Odoo and external systems such as ERP, websites, and marketing automation tools.
