We develop and manage farmland projects integrating horticulture, vegetable cultivation, and regenerative agriculture practices.
Position Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Agronomist (MSc Agriculture) who will be responsible for overall farm health management, horticulture planning, vegetable crop production, soil fertility management, and integrated pest control across our managed farmland projects.
Key Responsibilities1. Farm Health Management
- Monitor overall crop health across farm layouts.
- Conduct regular field inspections and crop audits.
- Diagnose nutrient deficiencies and plant disorders.
- Implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain farm health records and reporting systems.

Horticulture & Vegetable Crop Management
- Plan and execute plantation schedules (fruit crops, vegetables, intercrops).
- Supervise nursery management and sapling quality.
- Develop crop calendars based on season and soil type.
- Ensure high yield and quality standards.
- Guide spacing, irrigation scheduling, pruning, and canopy management.
3. Soil Health & Fertility Management
- Conduct soil testing and analyze reports.
- Develop soil nutrition plans.
- Implement organic and integrated nutrient management practices.
- Recommend composting, green manure, and bio-input usage.
- Improve soil organic carbon and long-term fertility.
4. Pest & Disease Control
- Identify pests and diseases at early stages.
- Implement Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies.
- Recommend eco-friendly and sustainable pest control solutions.
- Monitor pesticide usage and ensure compliance with safety norms.
