Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and aggressive Senior Sales Executive who can generate business, convert leads, and contribute to the company’s growth while building a strong personal income and leadership career.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries




- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties
- Conduct site visits with clients
- Build strong client relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Convert prospects into successful closures
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Support and guide junior team members when required
- Maintain professional sales reporting and CRM updates
- Minimum 1+ years experience in real estate sales (preferred)
- Aggressive attitude and strong desire to close deals
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Strong negotiation ability
- Passion to learn, grow, and earn high incentives
- Leadership mindset and future growth vision
- Positive and energetic personality
- Own vehicle (mandatory)
- Residing near Wakad (within 5 km preferred)
