- Supervise admission processes and ensure effective lead conversion strategies.
- Mentor junior counsellors and assist in closing high-value admissions.
- Provide advanced career counselling support to prospective students and parents.
- Coordinate admission campaigns and monitor conversion performance.
- Oversee counselling quality standards and ensure compliance with processes.
- Manage key student relationships and maintain long-term engagement.
- Analyze admission reports and recommend performance improvements.
- Support branch teams in achieving monthly and quarterly admission goals.
- Ensure smooth coordination between counselling, academic,



and operations teams.
