Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the electrical maintenance portfolio
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities in electrical projects and maintenance contracts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals, tenders, and quotations
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and provide technical solutions
- Coordinate with the maintenance and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee preventive and corrective electrical maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations, and company policies
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- Maintain records of client interactions,
contracts, and service reports
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Support billing, payment follow-ups, and commercial documentation
- Provide technical guidance related to electrical systems, panels, transformers, DG sets, and allied equipment
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
