Role Overview

We are seeking a Life Coach who can facilitate and lead courses grounded in neuroscience principles to help individuals improve mindset, behaviour, performance, and emotional wellbeing. The role involves delivering structured programs, guiding participants through practical exercises, and translating neuroscience concepts into easy, actionable coaching tools.

Key Responsibilities

1. Course Facilitation & Delivery
- Lead neuroscience-based coaching programs (online/offline)
- Facilitate workshops, group coaching sessions, and masterclasses
- Guide participants through exercises, reflections, and behavioural practices

2. Participant Coaching & Support
- Provide individual coaching support during programs
- Track participant progress and engagement
- Offer feedback, accountability, and personalised guidance

3. Neuroscience Translation
- Simplify neuroscience concepts into practical coaching frameworks
- Help participants understand habits, emotions, decision-making, and behaviour change

4. Program Execution & Improvement
- Prepare session plans, materials,



and exercises
- Collect feedback and improve course delivery
- Collaborate with content creators / experts on program updates

5. Community & Engagement
- Foster a safe, supportive learning environment
- Moderate community groups (WhatsApp, Slack, platforms)
- Encourage accountability and peer learning

Required Qualifications
- Certification in Life Coaching / Psychology / Behavioural Coaching (preferred)
- 2-5 years experience in coaching, facilitation, or training
- Strong understanding of behaviour change and mindset work
- Ability to explain scientific concepts in simple language
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills

Preferred Background
- Exposure to neuroscience-informed coaching frameworks
- Experience running cohort-based courses or online programs
- Background in psychology, counselling, education, or L&D;
- Familiarity with habit formation, emotional regulation, and perfor
