ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT - PERFORMANCE AND ATTRIBUTION, ASSET MANAGEMENT

Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM) is an over a trillion-dollar investment management firm entrusted by investors around the globe to help them navigate changing market environments, so they can confidently realize their long-term objectives.

The Associate Consultant - Performance and Attribution role emphasizes business delivery, control, and governance function within the Global P&A; operating model.



This role will also help drive and create impact by supporting the development and operationalization of focused business areas, processes, and critical projects within NTAM business.
KEY AND DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work with direct stakeholders globally to strengthen and develop the business delivery functions of Performance and Attribution at Northern Trust Asset Management (NTAM).
- Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on specific NTAM investment capabilities with familiarity across other NTAM product offerings.
- Provide necessary supervision on day-to-day business deliverables and support junior partners on queries, issue resolution etc. (wherever needed).
- Create ad hoc custom reports as per instructions from Investment Associates, Portfolio Managers and Account Managers.
- Produce and analyze Attribution Reports as per the requirements shared by Portfolio Managers or clients directly.
