The Role We are looking for a hustler to scale our brand through authentic creator partnerships and a performance-driven affiliate network. If you know how to turn great content into actual sales, this is for you.

What You Will Do
- Scout & Onboard: Pitch and onboard top creators and affiliates across Instagram, YouTube, and beyond.
- Build Partnerships: Cultivate a pipeline of ongoing, long-term relationships (no one-off posts).
- Drive UGC: Spearhead native, highly engaging video campaigns that don't feel forced.
- Manage Affiliates: Run our affiliate ecosystem, overseeing promo codes, tracking links, and commissions.
- Own the Calendar: Manage the influencer content schedule end-to-end, from brief to execution.
- Track & Scale: Monitor the data. Scale what moves the needle, kill what doesn’t.
- Stay on Brand:



Work closely with our design team to keep all creator content on-strategy.

What You Bring
- Proven experience in influencer and affiliate marketing.
- A performance-marketing mindset—you care about conversions and ROI, not just "likes".
- Robust negotiation skills and a deep understanding of what works on Reels and Shorts.
- A bias for action and the ability to own projects end-to-end.
- Work from Office
- Monday - Friday

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- Influencer Marketing: 2 years (required)
